Notes from the Winemaker

Crafted with precision, this late harvest wine enchants from the first   pour. Its luminous amber hue invites you into a lavish bouquet of ripe   pear, succulent peach, and a whimsical hint of bubble gum, balanced by subtle earthiness. On the palate, vibrant acidity complements luscious fruit flavors, while mineral notes add depth. Layers of fragrant citrus blossom linger on the finish, showcasing elegance and finesse. 

Production Notes

The fruit was left to hang in the vineyard until early November. The ripe fruit was pressed and fermented for 2 weeks before the fermentation was halted by cold crashing the temperature below freezing. This helps retain the natural grape sugars and fresh fruit flavor.
