French Valley’s beer program finds its footing under new brewer Andy Savina

Notes from our brewer:
Our Hazy IPA does not contain estate-grown hops — we only grow enough hops for one beer a year, and none of our beers currently on tap use estate-grown hops.
We don't run a 37 barrel and 10 barrel tanks. We brew 3.5 barrels at a time, with 4 fermenters (2x3.5bbl, 2x7bbl) and 5 conditioning tanks (3x7bbl, 2x10bbl).
