Notes from the Winemaker

Tropical and floral, our Unoaked Chardonnay represents all this varietal’s characteristics without the addition of oak. Citrus blossom, vanilla bean and pineapple emerge off the nose, while reach, kiwi and honeysuckle adorn the palate. Lees-aged in stainless-steel tanks, this wine has a substantive body and a subtle mineral finish.
