  • A signed contract and deposit are required to officially secure your date. Contact us to check availability!

  • Yes! We offer a beautifully designed Bridal Suite and a cozy Groom’s Cottage for you and your wedding party to get ready on-site.

  • Absolutely. Our venue includes a fully covered and weather-protected option so your ceremony or reception can seamlessly move indoors if needed—no stress required.

  • Your rental includes everything detailed in our 2026–2027 Wedding Packet. If you’re planning a wedding in 2028, please email us at info@fvvineyard.com for the appropriate documents.

  • We allow you to choose your own vendors, but we’re happy to provide a curated list of trusted professionals who know our space well—see our Recommended Vendors here.

  • Our barn can host up to 300 guests.

  • Yes, we offer on-site parking for you and your guests. As well as a golf cart to shuttle if need be.

  • We don’t provide decor or coordination services in-house, but we do require a day-of coordinator for all weddings. To make the process easy, we offer a trusted preferred vendor list of experienced coordinators who know our venue well and help ensure your day runs seamlessly.

  • Both our event barn and ADA compliant portable bathroom are handicap accessible.

  • We do not have a kitchen or any elements for heating food (stove, grill, etc.).

  • The barn is well lit and includes chandeliers and white strings of lights hung throughout.

  • Shuttle bus and taxi services are available in the area and need to be secured by the wedding party/planner. For trusted recommendations, see our preferred vendor list.

  • Tenting arrangements are the responsibility of the couple or their planner, and the cost is not included in the venue rental fee. You can view our preferred vendor list here.

  • The barn has numerous outlets for musician’s equipment, however we do not provide any music or sound system. You can view our preferred vendor list here.

  • French Valley can provide at an additional cost. Bartenders are typically separate companies. You can view our preferred vendor list here.

  • Our property and facilities manager will be on hand to support the event but do not provide direct service to the event's guests.

  • All music must end by 10 PM due to local noise ordinance.
